We are happy to use ‘couriers please’ as our delivery and shipping service, they are an Australian wide company and easy to track down the parcel, and that means it gets to your home or office quicker. ‘Couriers please’ guarantee fast deliveries, one to three days, depending on area code. Delivery rates start as low as $9.95 and are happy to offer free delivery in Australia for any order for $200 or more.

Returns/exchange:
Our range has been carefully selected, and always checked for quality, of the garment or items for your satisfactory. However if you are not… 100% satisfied…we will gladly assist you in choosing something else, from our collection, we will gladly exchange within 10 days from the purchase date. We will give you a return authorisation number (RA#), must be obtained for items returned.
Faulty goods:
If you receive faulty items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement in your size if it is available.
-All items must be returned in original packaging, unworn and in its original condition, with all tags attached
-All items must be returned within 10 days from the day of the receipt and then undergo thorough inspection to insure that they are unworn.
Stock availability:
If items you have selected have not been updated with a “TEMPORARILY SOLD OUT” or “COMING SOON” notice and are actually sold out, we will inform you within one business day upon placing your order, we will advise you via- email of the backorder/delivery schedule, should you wish to wait for this item to arrive.
